Artistic gymnastics is the most commonly known discipline of gymnastics for men and women. The Men have six apparatus:, Floor, Vault, Pommel, Rings, Parallel Bar and High Bar. The women have four apparatus, Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor.

Our Elite teams train at a very high level and have had great achievements, gaining medals regionally, nationally and internationally. We have gymnasts in regional and national squads.
