Tolworth Trampoline Squad started training in September 2003, with 12 members all competing at grade 6. The squad competes regularly on the regional and national competition circuit, and we now have 10 members jumping at the National Grades 1 & 2.

 

The Grading System starts at Grade 8 and goes up to Grade 1 (the highest level). Each Grade consists of a compulsory routine for each age group, and a voluntary routine the competitors construct.

 

At a competition there are 5 judges. The top and bottom marks are removed and the 3 remaining are added together. Voluntary routines have their own tariffs from each move, so it has additional scores with the judges marks given.
