We are proud to be affiliated with our governing body British Gymnastics. All of our members are required to be covered by British Gymnastics insurance which forms part of your British Gymnastics membership. This is renewable on a yearly basis.

Tolworth Gym Tots

Tolworth Gym Tots is a fun interactive learning session designed to encourage children, from babies to school age, to become active and gain physical, social and educational skills. Children also learn to develop key skills such as:

• Co-ordination
• Confidence
• Interaction
• Discipline

With the supervision and guidance of qualified coaches we help the children to work in groups, as well as individually.

DM Osteopathy

DM Osteopathy, based here at Tolworth Gymnastics Club offer a wide range of healthcare for gymnasts and the public alike. Osteopathy is a manual therapy which focuses on the health and function of the musculoskeletal system. Be it pain management, postural control or athletic performance help, osteopathy can help you.

We also offer Sports and Remedial massage at Tolworth Gymnastics Club. Emese, is a fully registered practitioner with additional training in pregnancy massage. Offering comprehensive soft tissue management allows DM Osteopathy to provide an holistic approach to all your healthcare needs.

Our Physiotherapist, Jasmine, has experience working within the NHS treating Respiratory, Neurological and Musculoskeletal conditions. Having been involved in gymnastics at Tolworth Gymnastics Club for many years, Jasmine has a particular interest in the rehabilitation and performance of gymnasts and other athletes.
